Have you ever think about having a crispy and spicy dish made of oats. Let’s prepare a tasty and healthy oats cutlet.
- Roasted oats – One cup
- Boiled mashed potatoes – One cup
- Mashed paneer – Half cup
- Oil – As needed
- Ginger, garlic paste – Half tablespoon
- Green chilli – 2
- Salt – As needed
- Carrot (small) – 2
- Garam masala – One teaspoon
- Chili Powder – Quarter teaspoon
How to prepare?
Mix the boiled potato and grated carrot well. Take a big bowl and add the roasted oats, potato mix, ginger-garlic paste, green chilli, salt, chilli powder and garam masala. Mix it well.
Take some of the batter and roll it in the shape of a cutlet. Heat some oil in a pan and then fry the patties. Tasty cutlets are ready to serve.
