Empire State Realty Trust nailed down a handful of recent retail tenants at its Midtown workplace and residential buildings, inking offers with Panera Bread, acai bowl vendor Playa Bowls and Le Café Espresso.
Within the largest of the transactions, Panera signed a 10-year lease for two,100 sq. ft on the base of 1359 Broadway, a 22-story workplace constructing between West thirty sixth and West thirty seventh streets, the owner stated. Asking hire was $300 per sq. foot.
RIPCO Actual Property’s Andrew Mandell represented Panera. Fred Posniak of ESRT and RIPCO’s Morgan Singer and Samuel Martorella dealt with the owner aspect of the deal. A RIPCO spokesperson didn’t instantly return a request for remark.
Subsequent up was Playa Bowls, which took 1,385 sq. ft one block away on the base of 1350 Broadway. Asking hire within the 10-year lease was $300 per sq. foot. Lastly, Le Café Espresso inked a 10-year deal for 822 sq. ft on the bottom ground of The Victory, a rental constructing at 561 tenth Avenue, on the nook of tenth Avenue and West forty first Road. The house had an asking hire of $125 per sq. foot.
“All through our Manhattan portfolio, we have now curated and leased to over a dozen meals and beverage suppliers that function an essential amenity for our workplace and residential tenants,” Posniak stated in ready remarks.
